• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
The UI shows there are 3 cards remaining the player draw. When I attempted to draw cards at the end of my player's turn, it says the game is lost because "There are not enough cards in player draw". Either the UI is wrong or the game ended prematurely.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
no, after game replay the UI is updated to show only 1 card remaining now. This is a very misleading UI bug that can have a huge impact on decision-making in Pandemic.• What is your browser?

There are 59 Player cards in the box, including 48 City cards, 5 Event cards and 6 Epidemic cards. At the beginning of a game, the draw pile must contain 59 cards minus 4 cards per specialist, therefore 51 cards in this game. However, the number displayed is 53 in the referenced game.
At move #167, all the Epidemic cards were drawn and resolved, so removed from the game. So there are only 53 cards left in the draw pile, in the discard pile and in the hands of the specialists.
But I note:
Draw pile: 5
Discard pile: 36
Researcher: 7
Medic: 7
Total: 55 cards therefore 2 surplus cards. This count is still wrong at the end of the game.
The conclusion is that the displayed account of cards for the Player draw pile is erroneous throughout the game. This bug should be corrected.
At move #167, all the Epidemic cards were drawn and resolved, so removed from the game. So there are only 53 cards left in the draw pile, in the discard pile and in the hands of the specialists.
But I note:

After losing my previous game due to this bug, I decided to check the deck # at the beginning of my next game. It’s showing 53, but with 9 cards already in the hands of the three roles, it should be showing 50.

I have repeatedly experienced what Biking Gamer and DanaAna have, but I believe the player deck is in fact exhausted but has failed to keep the deck count accurate, ending the game while reporting 5 cards remaining. It's an ugly surprise, but hand-counting after my own solitaire game, all the cards are accounted for.

had a similar issue, near the end of the game the discard showed 5 cards remaining, then suddenly went down to 3 within the same turn/before cards were drawn

This exact same thing happened to me (3 cards shown remaining - which is wrong anyway because only even numbers of the player draw cards is possible each turn since you draw in increments of 2 - and then it said I lost the game with no player cards remaining).
