#92078: "Variant: first player to pass does NOT get a property but recover ALL money invested"

This variant is really fun and provide a new gap into the bidding phase. We love to play it (specially when we're 5 or 6).

First player to pass does NOT get a property but recover ALL money invested.

At then end of bidding phase, people does not necessarily have the same number of properties.
If you don't have anymore properties to sell in selling phase, you just can't get more money cards.

I know it won't be that easy to implement but please, this is a really refreshing (official) variant.
