Unfortunately, we haven't received a response with the required information, so I'm going to close the request. If the information is provided later on, we can always reopen this and investigate.

Dragon & Julz, you've provided even *less* information than the original submitter. There's no table number, no move number, and no screenshot.
I'm not sure what you expect me to do here other than tell you that it's working fine for everyone else, so the problem is probably on your end.

Le problème est apparu une seule fois, j'ai communiqué à l'adversaire, le temps est devenu négatif puis plus de jeu de l'opposant...
Malgré relance plus d'échanges avec l'opposant, pui sil a rejoué et là depuis 5 minutes plus rien
Il n'y a pas de bouton signaler sur l'interface de jeu

@djer31, that's completely different than the problem described here. You're describing a site issue, not a game issue.
