Another downside is it clogs up the log quite a bit, so it can be cumbersome to scroll through several undos to see what the other players did.
It does seem only confirmed moves is common in RR, CoB and other implementations here.

While it is annoying when players restart their turn several times, the majority of moves are not restarted. In this case, you are able to think/react WHILE they are completing their turn, which does speed up the game.

just as baghdad said, too many undo moves logs makes the logs too long.so i recommand that other players see only confirmed moves.
