At some point I was unable to do ANY game action (game blocked and abandonned)
Detailed description
• At which step of the game did the problem occurs (what was the current game instruction)?
One player abandoned, the 3 other could quit the game but decided to finish the race (1 lap). When the race ended, it was impossible to quit the game (despite the otpion is displaid in the interface) nor propose to abandon collectively.• What happened when you try to do a game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
We can still play as usual... endlessly, so it seems ^^'

The "quit" button display this message: "You're the first to leave this game in progress, so you'll receive a penalty. Are you sure?" (despite the previous message tells that we won't have any penalty since another player abandoned), but we can't find any button to confirm.

on a 6 players race, three are finished, one was ejected, and us the two remining ones cannot leave, only turn endlessly around the circuit.

Same problem on our end, one player quit and now we are just racing endlessly. The standard "you may now quit without penalty" appears, but when trying to do so, it says I'd be the first person to quit and would receive a penalty. Even then, no leaving option pops up.
I do have the option to propose abandoning collectively though.

Finished a solo race and game freezes. It will jot end so was forced to concede to remove it from my table list.
