#161428: "Cards shift on hover or on click, and some margins are inconsistent"

1) When you hover over a row in the market, the highlighted row causes the other two rows to shift by a few pixels. (This problem doesn't occur when hovering over columns)

2) When you select food in the feeding area, it shifts other cards by a few pixels.

3) Cards in the market are misaligned with inconsistent margins. The same goes for cards in the feeding area - ibb.co/zTbZ1YkL
