It looks like a common bug that the game is finished but the system does not recognize it and prevent me to start new game• What is your browser?

It's a site issue, not a game issue.
I'm just a guy who volunteers to maintain the code for this game and no amount of change in the game's code will accomplish what you want because the site code controls the new game code.
