#144119: "Won't allow pick up of deck for meld"

It oftentimes will not allow the deck to be picked up when it should. This seems to always be when it would be an initial meld. For example, we have not melded yet, and our meld is 90. The deck is not frozen. My hand is Joker, 22555677JJQQKKA. So I can cover the 90 easily. The top card on the deck is a 6. The 6 plus any of my wild cards plus the rest of the meld points needed is a vaild play so I should be able to pick up the deck.

It does show on the replay. Move 164 or 163. I am player Belden and it would not allow me to pick up the deck
