I have this problem on ALL my tortuga games. Cant play at All.

BGA has a bug related to the viewport and zoom features of the latest Chrome (and I believe it affects other browsers too). I have applied the "Autoscale: viewport" tag per their docs and it will hopefully fix it. Please report back.
