#103743: "Confirm button blinks before decision is made."

During the second phase of the game, when I am supposed to choose a property to offer, there is a confirm button at the top of the screen. It starts blinking, and there appears to be no way to get it to stop flashing at me so i can think. Blinking it after a property is selected might make sense, if you think people are selecting and then forgetting to hit confirm, but even then it is no necessary as that is handled by the clock and other mechanisms.

In fact, the button is blue, which should indicate it's ready for me to use it, but I cannot use it because I have not selected a property. This is bad UX and inconsistent with other games on the site.
