In Aquatica, you are playing as one of 8 Ocean Kings, struggling to find resources for your realm. To become the greatest ruler of the Great Kingdoms of Aquatica, you will need to have the most Prosperity points and to earn these you will explore, conquer and buy locations, recruit new characters and complete set goals.
To do so, you need to play cards from your hand (each with a unique set of actions) and combine them. With a good strategy during your turn, you can take up to ten actions in a row. You will encounter plenty of mysterious ocean creatures and, with their help, you will explore the unknown locations and raise found resources from the ocean depths to your kingdom.

در آکواتیکا، شما در نقش یکی از ۸ پادشاه اقیانوس بازی میکنید و برای یافتن منابع برای قلمرو خود تلاش میکنید. برای تبدیل شدن به بزرگترین حاکم پادشاهیهای بزرگ آکواتیکا، باید بیشترین امتیاز رفاه را داشته باشید و برای کسب این امتیازها، کاوش، فتح و خرید مکانها، استخدام شخصیتهای جدید و تکمیل اهداف تعیین شده را انجام خواهید داد.
برای انجام این کار، باید کارتهای دست خود را بازی کنید (هر کدام با مجموعهای منحصر به فرد از اقدامات) و آنها را با هم ترکیب کنید. با یک استراتژی خوب در طول نوبت خود، میتوانید تا ده اقدام پشت سر هم انجام دهید. با موجودات مرموز اقیانوسی زیادی روبرو خواهید شد و با کمک آنها، مکانهای ناشناخته را کشف کرده و منابع یافت شده را از اعماق اقیانوس به پادشاهی خود منتقل خواهید کرد.
