The Card Alt/Overlay Text only explains the Fame, but doesn't explain the requirements to claim it, or anything else about the card (hovering over other sections doesn't display notes about them either.) While a card is played face down it only shows the Fame explanation.

This means that during Turn Based games, if you're looking back to try to refresh what action you wanted to take next or anything like that you can't see anything about the face down card, the cards themselves are missing additional information that might help make it easier to know what they mean, etc..
