The PDF rules give each Effect card a name (eg. "Double Station"), but the game tooltips don't include these names. Maybe they should?
It's really only an issue for "Extension", but it's a big deal for that one. Where some Effects are short and simple, Extension's is a massive wall of text. Giving it an introductory title, showing that the paragraph the user is about to read relates to extending a move, would help someone playing the game for the first time and trying to get their head around it. -
