Report history
I encountered this in the same game as tracyo is reporting, and also checked another current game I have running, #232385244, and again there is no indication of the limitation or availability of space tiles.

Looks like there's a slight bug in the implementation: as seen in the above-listed game, the indicator currently shows "13" space tiles remaining but one player has 6 and another has 6 for a total of 12 taken. The "3" in "13" looks slightly larger to me so I think it is trying to display the correct number but the old number is still visible beneath it, perhaps?
