Report history
I think the tooltip is misleading and should mention that order tiles are also included in that category. As noted by Runkst, I also think that the stats label should mention that Cards points includes both order & action tiles.
And was about to report the bug about the player panel : the mouseover text should be aligned with what is actually displayed.
