The 2nd 2 times it didn't even ask how many people I wanted to place, just sent them all

move #102: I selected 1 Yellow to activate another tile and the game put ALL my 5 Yellow on that tile.
move #108: After that, again, I selected 1 Blue to activate a tile, and game used ALL my 3 Blue on that tile.
It's a really annoying bug.. it screw up all the game!
