• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
We are a big fan of rage, but have always played the original one, which as slightly different rules. For the change rage, you get to choose the color, for the no rage, it goes away for the whole round. Perhaps the most important difference is if you bid 0, you only get +5 instead of +10. See original rules here: www.ultraboardgames.com/rage/game-rules.php
Any chance you could make this ruleset an option when playing? Thanks! -

Report history
It's not a bug as much as it's the option to play with the original Rage rules. I had linked to a photo of the original 1983 rules.
The other major difference is that in the original rules you can opt for a wild card to be low or high, not just high.
1983 Rage rules imgur.com/gallery/bX2s9eh
1. Making Bid Bonus: 10 or 5 (Bonus points for reaching your bid)
2. Penalty for Not Making Bid: Yes or No (Taking the bonus and subtracting it after not reaching your bid)
3. Outrage Card Length: Trick or Round (No trump lasts for the trick or until a Change Rage is played)
4. Wild Rage with Number Choice: Yes or No (Choose a number with a Wild Rage or not, along with color)
5. Show Trump when Bidding: Yes or No (Shows trump when bidding controls difficulty)
6. Shoot The Moon Bonus: Yes 5 pts, Yes 10 pts, No (Bonus points for bidding and getting all tricks in a round)
Here are other improvements that can be added but are not as important:
1. Automatically play the last card in hand (Speeds the game up when everyone has one card left)
2. Visual indicator for the lead card (Makes it easier to see what color to follow and play)
3. Add different card backs/versions (Like the original version or McCain Foods Potato version)
This should help bring more people to play and veterans, who played decades before BGA was ever around, not get outraged (no pun intended) over the rules they do not understand.
Thanks for bringing this fantastic game to BGA!
