Report history
I think "Workers neighbor each other" can means: each worker neighbors at least 1 other, to form a cluster/chain/line. If you have 3, I don't think it means they must all directly neighbor the other 2?
Which probably make this matchup a bit balanced, but not enough to be balanced.
