after the first round, the interface indicated that i could place 2 houses on 2 different island. however, after placing the first house, I could not place the second house. I tried both way around (island 1 first or island 2 first) but the same error occured.

Report history
I replayed your game and I seen an issue between the log message and the interface. You had the message "You can place a house on 1 island(s)" while you have 2 islands that fulfill your mission.
I'll investigate.
