The car that crossed the line first was sat behind the finish line and was some how blocking any car passing

Report history
It was the blue player that some how blocked the finish line.
I saw you on the 4th gear literally pass the end line
This also happened on another game when someone quit the game.
Move - about #1000 - watch from when green spins off
Progression 99%
Green car spun off just after finish line - I then finished on the square beside him. Green car was perpetually blocked after that (it was a two lap race).
Yellow had lap 2 all to himself!
