Report history
This option is being offered on faction board.
Table 127796617. In Round 5 I pass on move 156 and unexpectedly get a prompt as move 157 if I want to build a town. Then, after my first move in Round 6 (move 167), I want to take the town, but it is already the next players turn.
I do not need a fourth structure, because I already have a Sanctuary set up. Note that the town I can form is in the Center North and not at the location where I build the bridge.

- had a dwelling between a river tile and the first trade house in the middle of the map and the second trade house built south east (again with one river tile to separate them)
- spaded to build special landscape covering the top river tile gap, thus connecting the dwelling to the trade house located at the center of the map.
- 6 power requested to build a city
Quit raged
Just lost my game because I thought the previous landscape behavior was normal
Delaying my town on rd 6, at first at the end of my turn the game always prompt me the options to build the town. But after sometimes they are not prompting me the options anymore.

The differences that I can notice in the game (between being prompted or not prompted):
- when prompted I was building / upgrading structure but near the end of the game, but not prompted when I put priest to cult or upgrade shipping
- when not prompted most of my opponent already pass
Not sure if there are ways to trigger the town creation (from the board or anyway), but I certainly miss it if there is such a way (probably we can highlight it, or just prompt it always when we're about to pass the round)

In the round 4 it is ok : it asks to build town but i delay.
As the round 5 starts, my town is still available, i upgrade dig, but it does not ask me to town. Only at my second turn, i advance a second time the dig and this time i can town.
