The "Refinery" was build, and I received 5 points instead 4. but thee was only 4 buildings with blue symbol on the card (including Refinery)
For the Refinery part: it was a problem with The Bronx Gang, it had incorrect icons in the code: Fuel+Arrow instead of Arrow+Gun. Confirmed and will be fixed soom
