Apologies for butting in but I'm gonna throw a bunch of context in now.
This is the second match in which my opponent suffered this same bug (the first was mutually abandoned) where it looks as if they've got an element and two customers to move. Despite the moves being highlighted, they were unable to move the customer to either element. So that's twice that's happened to my opponent.
They say they were not on smartphone. I'll leave the rest to them since they were the one affected.
