Spite and Malice has no explanation for how the solo mode functions. I have played Spite and Malice in real life before, so I am familiar with how the game works. I wanted to try a solo game. I reviewed the rules to make sure there weren't any rules I was unfamiliar with. However, upon entering the game, suddenly it starts randomly distributing cards onto play piles, which is not stated anywhere in the rules. Also, I randomly lost after a few turns. There needs to be a separate rules file for solo games, because this is nothing like multiplayer, and I have no idea how it works. Wingspan would be a great model to base this off of, their Automa system has its own rules. Please update this game.
