The calculation of the win for 165 over 134 was calculated correctly as 20.5 for the 134 player. But it was calculated incorrectly as 6.83 for the 165 player. So the 165 player received 14 fewer ELO points than he should have. (See screenshots.) This may be because the 134 player got his ELO change clipped, although the numbers do not match up.
