At some point I was unable to do ANY game action (game blocked and abandonned)

After start.• What happened when you try to do a game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
Game didn't started. I didn't see table. It last for ~3min. After i came in game, my opponent already kick me.• What is your browser?

Hello.
I can not play the game Heart of the Dragon, because I did not fully loaded, the game interface. Loading only the field of play and in the right column you can see the players, but nothing else there (card account, and so on), this I happened twice already, I just can not play this game because of some errors site, no action unavailable, it is impossible even to leave the game.
In this game, it happened for the first time (screenshot attached imgur.com/cA2Apqg): ru.boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=17031822
During that got penalties (left the game and the time interval is exceeded on the course), I ask them to cancel, if possible.
The second game was not saved in the history, since I asked the opponent to complete the game by mutual consent, because he could not even start it, but I managed to make a screenshot of the interface (put it imgur.com/jHjveoU).
