Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
On move two, I played the tile from my reserve, then selected a replacement tile, then went to the next game. When I returned, the replacement tile had been played instead.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
It does not appear in the replay, it seems.• What is your browser?

sorry to hear that. I tried everything I could image to see how that might can happen.
But I had no luck in recreation the issue.
Are you able to remember the click order (selection a tile from the board, then changing to the sidefield, for example) and where you click for the confirmation (button on top or in the placement tool=?
What setting do you have for the turn confirmation?

Thanks for replying! It's not a huge issue since the game is against my wife and we can abandon it without issue, but it's very strange.
As I remember, I clicked on the tile, placed it, rotated it a few times, then I might have clicked the other tile before clicking confirm on the placement. However, I clicked undo, and then placed the side tile as normal, clicked confirm, and then selected the replacement tile.
