Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
I ran a Tax op in Aragon, targeting an opponent's concession on the Aragon-Portugal border. My opponent had no florins and there was only one open city in Aragon, so the opponent had no choices to make. But the game transferred control to my opponent anyway. On his turn, the game log stated that the concession had already been repressed, and the concession was no longer on the map, but the game still prompted him with the buttons [Pay] and [Repress]. Choosing [Pay] produces an error message (understandably, since it's not a valid option). It seems like the game is trying to automate the opponent's response, which is great—needless transfers of control are really annoying in an async game—but it's not quite working.

Step 2: The game log, the map, and the status bar at the top of the page all show that the concession has been repressed, but the game still prompts Green to either pay or repress.

Step 3: An error message occurs if Green clicks the Pay button.

The only thing left right now is you will still get a question to confirm your turn and undo will not be possible to before the tax op. It's something I might take a look at later as it's touches some fundamental things and may take quite some time compared to the benefit it will give.
