Table admins are current'y forced to allow same ELO range players to join their table. Some players only want to play with Beginners or Apprentices, or someone they believe they can beat easily.
The players are free to choose who they play against, but this restriction needlessly allows evenly matched players to join tables. Which the table admin may just kick, wasting both of their times. • What is your browser?

Bien entendu, ces parties ne peuvent fournir l'occasion au joueur fort d'améliorer son classement ELO à bon compte.
The only change this would do is reduce the number of kicked players, which directly correlates to the number of aggressive or insulting comments by the kicked player and subsequent player reports.
